Who we are
Some first walk through the doors as university students or young professionals looking for a Shabbat dinner. Others arrive as parents, as people reconnecting with Jewish life, or simply looking for a place to belong.
They come for different reasons, but many discover the same thing: friendship, meaningful Jewish experiences and a community that feels like home. The new building gives that life a permanent place to grow.

At the heart of the Kollel
Young professionals, university students and newcomers to Vancouver gather around the Kollel’s Shabbat table. Throughout the year, holidays, learning, volunteering and social events make it natural to meet, build friendships and become part of Jewish life.
Those first connections can grow into mentorship, professional relationships, lasting friendships and families.
Across generations
Learning, celebrating, leading, volunteering and building relationships are not separate from the new home. They are the reason for it.

Why Home Coming matters
The new building will give children, teenagers, young adults, families and older adults room to gather, celebrate, learn and care for one another. It is a home for relationships already being built, and for the people who have not yet walked through the door.
